The boss Steven is professional, affable and helpful, the manager Mark is a horrible human being and I would warn anyone attempting to work with or for this individual. This man verbally abuses his workers by screaming and swearing at them if they have made a mistake as opposed to helping them improve through constructive criticism. He will fire you without justification or reason simply because he doesn't like your personality. He is the definition of Napoleon syndrome so be careful when dealing with his ego because it is inflated. Overall all the workers and boss are fantastic but the manager brings the whole place into a pile of smoldering ashes.

This company is always taking care of staff as own family member. Owner of the company is always there for you.Highly recommended to any company or workers to work with them.
